About the Role

As a Renewals Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients, helping them review and manage their medical insurance needs year-on-year. You will build long-term relationships, provide tailored advice, and ensure each client receives the right level of cover at the right price. This role is ideally suited to someone who is motivated, highly organised, and confident in their communication style, with strong product knowledge and a consultative approach. We are flexible on working environment after successful completion of required training we can offer hybrid, remote or working at one of our many offices throughout the UK for those that prefer an office environment. We have offices in South Cerney, Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Bournemouth and Southampton.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Achieving sales and revenue targets in line with business expectations
  • Providing compliant, client-specific advice in accordance with FCA regulations
  • Maintaining, developing, and servicing existing and new client relationships
  • Accurately recording all client, insurer, and business communications
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client queries
  • Handling inbound calls and enquiries where appropriate

About You

  • Experience within an FCA-regulated environment (preferred)
  • Proven background in a target-driven sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong questioning and listening ability
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and standards
