Our reputation is built on professionalism, service quality and a people-centred approach. With continued growth across our UK offices, we offer a supportive environment where individuals can develop strong advisory and sales careers.
Looking for your first step into a professional office career? You don’t need previous experience in insurance, compliance or quality assurance. What you do need is great attention to detail, excellent listening skills and the motivation to learn.
At Usay Compare, we’re growing our Quality Assurance team and we’re looking for 2–3 Quality Assurance Administrators to help ensure our customers continue to receive the highest standards of advice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a successful, growing business. Many of our team members joined from completely different industries and have gone on to build successful careers with us.
What you will be doing
Your role is simple in principle but incredibly important. You’ll spend your day listening to recorded customer calls, reviewing conversations against FCA regulations and our internal quality standards, identifying where advisers have done an excellent job and highlighting any areas where improvements are needed. Your work helps protect our customers, supports our advisers and ensures we continue to deliver compliant, high-quality advice.
If you’re someone who naturally notices the little details that others miss, you’ll thrive here.

- Have excellent listening skills.
- Can stay focused throughout the day.
- Are organised and self-motivated.
- Want a stable office-based career with genuine progression.
- Take pride in producing accurate work.
What we can offer you
- A basic salary of £26,228
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 2 years’ service
- The option to buy up to 5 additional days of annual leave
- Income protection and life assurance
- Subsidised private health insurance
- Employer pension contributions
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Corporate perks including gym discounts, cinema tickets, shopping discounts, eyecare vouchers, cycle to work scheme and financial wellbeing support
- A supportive and collaborative working environment
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
A realistic view of the role
We’re proud to be honest about what this job involves. You’ll spend most of your day listening to customer calls and reviewing them against set standards. It requires patience, concentration and consistency. If you’re someone who enjoys variety every few minutes, this probably isn’t the right role. But if you enjoy focused work, spotting detail and becoming an expert in what you do, you’ll find this role both rewarding and a fantastic way to build your career.
