What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is all about engaging with customers—no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.
- Inbound Calls: Answer calls from clients and direct them to the right department (Sales, Customer Service, or Retentions). Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and set clear expectations for callbacks if needed.
- Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!): Call clients who have made an inquiry about Private Medical Insurance—no cold calling! Introduce them to our services and transfer them to a Sales Adviser. Earn £30-£50 commission for every transferred call that converts into a sale!

Your Working Hours:
You’ll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of start times to suit different lifestyles. Shifts range from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
