About the Role: Sales Support Executive
This role is all about engaging with customers—no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.
Inbound Calls
- Answer calls from clients and direct them to the right department (Sales, Customer Service, or Retentions).
- Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and set clear expectations for call-backs if needed.
Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!)
- Call clients who have made an inquiry about Private Medical Insurance—no cold calling!
- Introduce them to our services and transfer them to a Sales Adviser.
- Earn £30-£50 commission for every transferred call that converts into a sale!

Your Working Hours
You’ll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of start times. Shifts range from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
