You'll be responsible for driving performance, supporting individual development, and creating a positive, high-achieving culture where people can thrive.

- Leading and inspiring a team of sales agents to exceed revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Delivering regular coaching, 1:1 meetings, and development sessions to support performance.
- Maintaining FCA compliance and ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
- Overseeing daily operations such as schedules, holiday approvals, and absence management.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and probation processes.
- Producing accurate team performance reporting for the Sales Manager.
Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills are required, along with a strong understanding of sales processes (FCA experience desirable). Performance targets must be consistently met to maintain a motivated, high-performing sales team.
