What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing friendly and professional support to customers.
- Assisting with policy queries, changes, renewals, cancellations, and general insurance-related questions.
- Processing and updating customer records accurately within our systems.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and in line with FCA and company guidelines.
- Liaising with insurance providers and internal teams to follow up on outstanding queries or documentation.
- Maintaining accurate logs, spreadsheets, and customer data to ensure a smooth service experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in telephone-based customer service, ideally in a regulated or office-based environment (insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided!).
- Confident in resolving complaints and handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A strong multi-tasker who can stay organised and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
