We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Sales Academy Team Manager to lead and develop our newest sales talent. This role is all about shaping confident, capable sales professionals from day one, guiding them through onboarding, building their skills, and supporting them as they grow into high-performing members of the wider sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coaching and developing brand-new sales starters, many with little or no previous sales experience.

  • Setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and driving performance.
  • Reporting on individual and team progress and shaping tailored development plans.
