We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our partnership strategy forward. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new strategic partnerships that will accelerate our growth and enhance our brand reputation.

What we can offer you:

  • A competitive basic starting salary of Β£50,000 with commission package, Β£80,000+ OTE!
  • Home based role (9am – 5:30pm) with regular UK wide travel and occasional overnight stays for meetings/events. (A UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as it involves regular travel)
  • 28 days holiday. We do open on Bank Holidays as a business, however, if you do work a Bank Holiday you can take the leave at another time to suit you.
  • Full in-house training programme with continued training and development.

As our Business Development Manager for Partnerships, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
  • Developing and executing potential partnership plans that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Managing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from contract negotiation to implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analysing partnership performance and providing regular reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in partnerships, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of partnership strategies and models.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with a natural ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • A track record of delivering successful partnerships and exceeding revenue targets.
