JOB DESCRIPTION

Small Projects Foreman must have 5+ years of experience and working knowledge of installation, operation, and layout of dynamic mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, rooftop units, ductless splits, VRF systems, cooling towers, process piping, split systems, and small refrigeration systems, in both commercial and industrial settings.

Excellent communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous project obligations are essential characteristics.

This individual must be able to work solo, as a team member, and as a team leader directing supporting technicians.

The Small Projects Foreman will report directly to the Small Projects Team Leader.

  • Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work solo and as a team member.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge on installation, operation, and layout of dynamic mechanical systems related to Boilers, Chillers, Rooftop units, ductless splits, VRF systems, Cooling towers, process piping, Split systems, and small refrigeration systems.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects obligations.
  • Follow company and OSHA standards.
  • Job Requirements
  • S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 Connecticut License (Required).
  • EPA Technician (Preferred).
  • Self-motivated, confident, independent, and organized.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to work in conjunction with clients and other teams members.
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task and solve problems as required.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 (Required)
