We are looking for a senior, hands-on ServiceNow consultant with strong expertise in CMDB and CSDM implementation. The role requires someone who can engage with business and technical stakeholders, translate requirements into practical designs, and implement scalable solutions in ServiceNow.

Core CMDB

  • Lead the design and implementation of the Core CMDB in ServiceNow.
  • Define and implement principal CI classes, attributes, and relationships aligned with process, security, and data standards.
  • Collaborate with class owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into CMDB design.
  • Implement CMDB architecture, health frameworks, and dashboards (Completeness, Correctness, Compliance).
  • Configure Data Policies, Data Manager, and remediation workflows.
  • Define and support automation via Discovery, Integrations, and Service Mapping.
  • Improve CMDB usability and adoption.

CSDM

  • Act as CSDM implementation lead and advisor for regional rollout projects.
  • Support CSDM modelling, training, and hands-on implementation.
  • Maintain CSDM maturity and gap analysis per region.
  • Improve CSDM health dashboards and automation linking CMDB and CSDM.
  • Support Service Mapping for applications and services, including local data centers.
  • Drive local ownership, adoption, and usability improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM (v5), ITOM Discovery, Integrations, and Service Mapping.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure (Windows/Unix, Cloud, Networking, Containers).
  • Solid knowledge of IT Service Management.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to bridge business, design, and implementation.
