We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager with proven experience in construction sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, manage complex client relationships, and deliver consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the construction sector.
  • Prioritise, plan, and coordinate project development activities in line with customer requirements.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with property stakeholders, building managers, owners, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow a network of contacts within the construction industry.
