A leading global logistics organization is looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Project Logistics & Freight Forwarding division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong operational grounding in complex logistics projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive business development across key markets, focusing on project logistics opportunities
  • Execute strategic sales plans and manage the full sales lifecycle (prospecting → tendering → closing)
  • Lead pricing, bid preparation, and tender management for large-scale logistics projects
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions including air, ocean, road, and out-of-gauge (OOG) shipments
  • Ensure smooth handover and integration of new accounts into operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and external partners to deliver complex projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-have: Strong experience in freight forwarding (air and/or ocean)
  • Proven track record in sales/business development within logistics or supply chain
  • Solid background in project logistics and complex industrial projects
  • Experience handling heavy lift, OOG cargo, or large-scale transport solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with pricing and tender management expertise
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
