We're looking for a DevOps/SRE Engineer to help build, automate, and support resilient cloud infrastructure for modern SaaS products. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment processes. This role combines hands‑on technical delivery with operational support in a collaborative, cloud‑first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support cloud infrastructure and services
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve reliability
- Support containerized workloads and cloud networking
- Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and drive best practices
- Participate in an on‑call rotation
Requirements
- Strong DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in scripting and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell)
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Windows and Linux environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Security, networking, disaster recovery, or chaos engineering knowledge
- Experience with Continuous Delivery tools
- Familiarity with C#
