Own end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation, accountable for scope, plan, cost, quality, and outcomes. Acts as the single delivery authority across internal teams, suppliers, and partners, providing firm leadership to protect timelines and manage risk.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Salesforce delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage interdependencies across business, technical, and supplier workstreams.
- Hold systems integrators and suppliers accountable for quality, timelines, and contracts.
- Own scope control and change management.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive timely decisions.
- Ensure delivery operates within governance, assurance, and escalation frameworks.
- Provide clear PMO-aligned status and exception reporting.
- Manage Salesforce delivery plan and aligned supplier plans.
- RAID, dependency, and mitigation artefacts.
- Status, change, and go-live readiness reporting.
Experience
- Strong supplier and multi-vendor management.
- Experience in regulated or highly governed environments.
- Strong planning, governance, and delivery discipline.
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall.
