We are seeking a capable and hands-on Project Manager to oversee the delivery and implementation of software solutions within the construction sector. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end production, ensuring successful deployment at client sites, and acting as the key link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of software delivery projects, from planning through to implementation and handover
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Oversee implementation activities at client sites, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases
- Identify risks and proactively manage issues to minimise impact on delivery
- Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and implementation practices
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within software delivery or SaaS environments
- Prior experience working with construction technology or software solutions used in the built environment (e.g. project management tools, document control systems, BIM platforms)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing on-site implementations when required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus
