Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing end-to-end transport operations across global supply chains.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multimodal transport operations (road, sea, air, import/export, warehousing, and out-of-gauge cargo)
- Coordinating bookings, shipment planning, and scheduling
- Handling order acceptance, quotations, and urgent deliveries
- Monitoring cargo customs clearance and ensuring timely delivery
- Managing subcontractors and evaluating performance
- Providing Track & Trace updates and handling customer inquiries
- Overseeing job costing, documentation, and file management
- Ensuring operational excellence and continuous process improvement
- Supporting sales teams with logistics and forwarding expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Functional forwarding know-how (air / logistics / SCM) preferably in Projects – Oil&Gas, mining, energy sectors.
- Toolbox and product know how
- Understanding of strategy and products
- Preferable operational industry experience
- Preferably international working experience
