We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments within a high-availability utility operation. This role is focused on 2nd Line OT support, system patching, device configuration, maintenance, and operational continuity across industrial IT / OT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line support across OT systems and infrastructure
  • Deliver regular security patching and firmware updates
  • Configure OT assets including servers, HMIs, industrial PCs, and networking devices
  • Implement approved configuration changes under strict governance
  • Monitor system performance and availability
  • Participate in out-of-hours support / on-call rota if required

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in 2nd Line Infrastructure / OT / Industrial IT Support
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and Active Directory
  • Experience with system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint maintenance
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Experience working in high-availability / 24x7 environments
  • Familiarity with change control and regulated environments
