For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer for a long contract based in Edinburgh, UK. It's paying well and my client can interview asap!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Feature Team delivering features for flagship Marketplace products.
- Champion software-engineering best practices across the API Lab.
- Design and build solutions aligned with the broader technical strategy.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to optimise delivery and accelerate iteration cycles.
- Provide continuous feedback and promote high-quality engineering standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in technical leadership and solution design.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Strong software-engineering background with hands-on design and implementation experience.
- Frontend and backend experience with one or more of the following: React, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS.
- Deep experience building and managing APIs: REST, GraphQL, Microservices.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: GCP (preferred).
