We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments within a high-availability utility operation. This role is focused on 2nd Line OT support, system patching, device configuration, maintenance, and operational continuity across industrial IT / OT environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong infrastructure and support experience in mission-critical systems. SCADA experience is not required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in 2nd Line Infrastructure / OT / Industrial IT Support roles.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop environments, and Active Directory.
- Experience with system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint maintenance.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls).
- Experience working in high-availability / 24x7 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Familiarity with change control and regulated environments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Exposure to OT environments such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, transport, or critical national infrastructure.
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).
- Backup / recovery solutions.
- Cyber security controls within OT environments.
- ITIL certification or service management experience.
- Awareness of IEC62443 / NIS / critical infrastructure standards.
