We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Endur (ION OpenLink) to support the delivery of trading and risk management solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will analyse requirements, shape solutions, and ensure that Endur is optimised to meet operational and strategic goals across front, middle, and back office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for all Endur-related changes and enhancements.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for new functionality, configuration changes, and integrations.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation within Endur.
- Support the delivery of upgrades, new modules, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform functional testing, support integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure configuration is aligned with business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Endur’s capabilities, workflows, and deal lifecycle coverage.
- Monitor industry and product developments to advise on potential improvements or roadmap changes.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with the Endur (ION OpenLink) platform.
- Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office processes in energy or commodity trading.
- Familiarity with trade capture, risk management, settlements, and reporting workflows within Endur.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
- Experience with functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is advantageous.
