  • Conduct workshops with claims, operations, underwriting, and technical teams.
  • Validate requirements against Guidewire best practices and product capabilities.
  • Functional & Solution Design
  • Support functional design activities for ClaimCenter features, workflows, rules, and integrations.
  • Work with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design.
  • Provide input on data mapping, claims processes, FNOL, payments, recoveries, reserves, and policy integration touchpoints.
  • Delivery & Implementation Support

  • Contribute to change impact assessments and readiness planning.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with project managers, product owners, and claims stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst within General Insurance (P&C).
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (configuration, workflows, business rules).
  • Experience in at least one full ClaimCenter implementation or major enhancement programme.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations or migrations.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes, coverages, bordereaux, payments, recoveries, and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, process maps, and test scenarios.
  • Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum) and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter.
  • SQL or data analysis experience.
  • UK General Insurance domain knowledge (regulatory, fraud, claims SLAs, supply chain, etc.).
  • Experience in multi-vendor or offshore delivery environments.

Why This Role?

  • High-visibility role in a major UK insurance transformation programme.
  • Outside IR35 (subject to assessment).
  • Long-term project with strong extension potential.
  • Flexible remote working with limited on-site requirement.
  • Opportunity to influence key business and technical decisions in a large-scale Guidewire delivery.

If this is you, please do not delay in applying.
