You\’ll deliver 3rd line support across business-critical applications, drive incident resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Provide 3rd line application support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
Support technical design reviews and environment deployments for internal projects
Maintain clear and up-to-date support documentation

Strong experience with Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory
NET, PowerShell)
ServiceNow, SCSM)
Microsoft Dynamics (2012AX or D365)
Experience with Octopus Deploy or similar deployment tools
Knowledge of ITIL practices and certification
