We are hiring an experienced SAP End-to-End Solution Architect with strong expertise across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of OTC, P2P, S2P, and R2R business processes, along with proven experience designing scalable enterprise SAP solutions across complex multi-system environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end SAP solution architecture across OTC, P2P, S2P, and R2R
- Drive solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and third-party platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams
- Support data migration, cutover, deployment, and governance activities
- Provide architectural leadership across SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Expertise
- 20+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.
- Deep functional knowledge of OTC, P2P, S2P, and R2R processes in S/4HANA including data model and architecture.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules: SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, Ariba, and integration with non-SAP systems.
- Ability to lead solution design across complex multi-system environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
Technical Skills
- Experience with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, CPI).
- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Cloud solutions (SAP BTP, Ariba, Workday, Blue Yonder).
- Industry-specific experience (FMCG and Consumer Goods).
