Duration: 8 months contract Responsibilities: · Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis · Perform usability research, diary studies, and focus group studies on Support and Integrity topics · Work collaboratively with data science, engineering and UX Research team to define research goals, methodologies and reporting requirements · Manage projects and work closely with recruiters, translators, and other vendors involved, to ensure the quality of the research · Execute and moderate interviews and/or focus groups in the participant’s local language · Conduct regular debriefings with stakeholders · Synthesize and produce reports/key summary with meaningful recommendations and actionable results Skills: · Ability to partner well with design and engineering teams to design end-to-end research which informs actionable product decisions. · Work flexibly and efficiently; working on 1-2 projects at the same time and therefore crucial to manage time effectively · Ensure quality in research · Clear and active communication with the client Research team and cross-functional partners. · Storytelling skills: ability to uncover what matters and put together a presentation of findings in a compelling and impactful way · User empathy: a commitment to promoting the voice of users from all walks of life and digital experience.
