Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across advertising, commerce, and creator products for a leading global technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate complex advertiser issues and identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, tracking technologies, logs and web integrations.
- Work with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to resolve high-priority escalations.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyse trends and create SOPs/documentation to improve support processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising or Technology.
- Experience with APIs/REST APIs, SQL, troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ideal backgrounds:
Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Ad Operations, Solutions Engineering, Product Support, AdTech or Programmatic Advertising.
