About the Role
We are seeking an experienced System Test Engineer to lead and manage all testing activities across complex customer engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the overall testing strategy, coordinating system verification and validation activities, leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT/eFAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), and ensuring all customer requirements are successfully met prior to project handover. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and extensive experience within industrial automation, power, energy, or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project testing activities from planning through execution and final customer acceptance.
- Develop and own the overall Test Strategy, Test Philosophy, and Project Test Plan.
- Produce and maintain all project testing documentation, procedures, reports, and records.
- Lead Verification.
