The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

Location: Nailsea, UK

Contract: 12+ Months

Pay Range: £360 - £400/per Day Inside IR35

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the quality lead for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
  • Develop and manage Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead quality reviews, audits, non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality is embedded across all project phases.
  • Monitor quality performance, manage supplier quality activities, and provide reporting on key quality metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Experience with API, ASME, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Proven experience managing Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
  • Strong understanding of non-conformance management, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience conducting supplier audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a complex project environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
