About the Role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Contract Specialist to support the effective management and execution of service contracts across our business. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and optimized contract performance.
  • You will act as the key link between internal teams and customers, managing contract lifecycle activities and contributing to continuous improvement across the service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review service contracts and proposals; process orders and manage contract execution using systems such as SAP or similar ERP tools.
  • Monitor billing, revenue recognition, and update databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring they receive maximum value from their service agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with contract terms.
  • Resolve billing disputes and support on-time payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Track contract performance and identify improvement opportunities to enhance margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and support for contract renewals, working with internal teams to enhance retention.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration or service operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
