About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a Finance Transformation programme on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is focused on identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies across key Finance processes including P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report). You will lead AS-IS process analysis to uncover pain points such as manual workarounds, data quality issues, control gaps, and process bottlenecks. The role requires translating these findings into measurable improvements and designing scalable TO-BE solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance user experience. You will also act as the key interface between Finance teams and technical/System Integrator teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned to business outcomes. A strong focus will be placed on delivering measurable benefits, including reduced manual effort, faster processing cycles, and improved data accuracy.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience in Finance transformation environments
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
  • Experience in AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and improvement
  • Ability to identify and quantify operational inefficiencies
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with System Integrators or large transformation programmes

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role focused on delivering real operational improvements and measurable business value.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Masters, PhD, or university degree in the field of BA or other relevant subjects
