Job Description:
- Works autonomously and demonstrates solid key leadership competencies; organized, leads cross-functional team members towards common outcomes and execution.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse and solve complex problems; takes initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned.
- Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities; meets project budget, schedule, scope and risk targets.
- Understands business model and project impact to business strategy.
- Possesses strong written, verbal, and presentation facilitator skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate project future state vision and impact to business strategy.
- Assesses and may coach team members to both strengths and developmental needs; fosters and encourages open and honest feedback; learns from feedback to drive personal improvement.
- Identifies and assesses risks and issues; performs impact analysis and prioritisation; manages identified risks and issues to resolution by removing impediments that prevent the team from completing the work negotiated for a given sprint; provides effective reporting of impact and status.
Required:
- 3+ years of scrum master delivery experience, including an additional 2+ years of agile project experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification preferred, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience.
