We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to join a team focused on eDiscovery, information governance, and legal technology initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of technical program management, legal operations, data analytics, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will manage complex cross-functional programs, improve operational workflows, and drive the development and enhancement of tools supporting global litigation, regulatory matters, and information governance.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend scalable solutions.
Program & Project Management
- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, milestones, and delivery.
- Manage intake and prioritisation of requests, track progress, and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate with legal teams, technical stakeholders, operations teams, and external counsel.
- Ensure critical deliverables meet strict deadlines.
Technical Delivery & Process Improvement
- Develop scalable workflows, playbooks, policies, and templates.
- Write and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, casework, and reporting.
- Drive enhancements to AI-powered tools, applications, scripts, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to document and validate methodologie
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Establish KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure program performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor completion rates, turnaround times, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate complex technical and operational information clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular progress updates and actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management, including experience supporting eDiscovery, information governance, or legal operations.
- Experience managing complex intake processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to independently write and execute queries.
- Experience managing technical tools, applications, scripts, and development lifecycles.
- Experience developing performance metrics, evaluation frameworks, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting complex litigation, regulatory matters, or information governance programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data science teams.
- Experience within a technology company or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with project management systems and workflow tracking tools.
- PMP certification or an advanced degree.
