💸 Payrate: £31 – £33.85/hr PAYE

We\’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. 🔍 Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you\’ll be responsible for defining product strategy in alignment with local leadership and global marketing. You\’ll manage end-to-end tactical execution to support brand growth while ensuring compliance and excellence in marketing operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans aligned with budget.
• Lead Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Conduct and analyze market research to gather insights and anticipate trends.
• Lead cross-functional brand teams and oversee Integrated Product Strategy Plans.
• Develop compliant promotional activities in line with SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and assess the marketing mix for efficiency and ROI.
• Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
