Pay Range: £360 - £400/per Day Inside IR35
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the quality lead for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
- Develop and manage Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead quality reviews, audits, non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality is embedded across all project phases.
- Monitor quality performance, manage supplier quality activities, and provide reporting on key quality metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Experience with API, ASME, and other relevant industry standards.
- Proven experience managing Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Strong understanding of non-conformance management, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience conducting supplier audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a complex project environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
