We are seeking a Staff Technical Project Manager to lead a global payroll and HR transformation program. This high-impact role will drive delivery across multiple countries as we integrate ADP Celergo & ADP GlobalView with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, activate Time & Labor and Absence Management, and retire legacy HR systems. This is a mission-critical program supporting payroll, compliance, and employee experience for thousands of employees worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end delivery oversight of global payroll transformation
- Lead integration readiness, testing, and cutover planning for ADP and Oracle platforms
- Coordinate multiple workstreams (HR, Payroll, IT, Vendors) to ensure milestones and dependencies are met
- Run Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and enforce delivery discipline
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation and escalation
- Lead stakeholder discussions across regions, vendors, and executive leadership
- Drive global standardization across payroll and HCM processes
- Oversee decommissioning of legacy country-specific HR systems
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience delivering global payroll & HCM transformations
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Experience managing multi-country implementations
- Strong Agile / Scrum leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications
- Experience with global payroll compliance and statutory reporting
- Experience working with large HR, Finance & Payroll transformation programs
