Contracts Administrator to prepare, review, negotiate, and administer government, commercial, and international contracts.

The role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations while supporting program execution and minimizing contractual risk.

Interpret contract terms and advise stakeholders on obligations and risk.

Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program teams to resolve contract issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
