The Interactive Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all digital projects for integrated campaigns produced by the agency. You will work with creative teams, account service, developers and technical partners to deploy new content and tactics on schedule, on strategy and on budget.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop project schedules and scopes of work, communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure deliverables and key milestones are met
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients to review progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Set up and manage routes for all digital projects through the internal agency approval process (ProofHQ/Workfront), and to clients and/or cross-functioning teams for approval and deliver final assets once approved
- Understand the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (Veeva) review process and prepare all assets and documentation for submission
- Coordinate interactive resources with studio/programming/creative leads
- Be the primary point of contact for all third-party development/deployment vendors providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns
- Schedule all team meetings, capture notes and distribute recaps with action items
- Create, compile, and maintain project and department documentation as needed (technical documentation, server folder structure, spec sheets, estimate tracking, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience, marketing/advertising agency preferred
- BA degree or equivalent business/industry/project experience within the interactive workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of web technologies and current digital trends
- Understanding of digital project lifecycles and different project management methodologies/styles
