Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, user-centred content across product experiences
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and data teams
- Help shape product experiences through content strategy and UX writing
- Contribute to content standards, documentation, and design reviews
- Support consistency and quality across product surfaces
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and content delivery
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of UX writing / content design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing clear, effective in-product content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI-assisted content workflows
- E-commerce or advertising platform experience
- Familiarity with Figma
