Responsibilities
- Process monthly end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee pay records, including international mobile employees (IME)
- Calculate and prepare international salary, tax, and pension payments
- Perform reconciliations and ensure timely submissions to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain payroll controls and associated documentation
- Respond to payroll-related employee queries with a high level of customer service
- Manage high volumes of queries across multiple levels within the organization
- Liaise with third-party payroll providers
- Support ad hoc payroll activities as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large and complex payrolls
- Strong knowledge of tax and national insurance regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of payroll calculations (formal qualification is a plus)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
