Location: UK remote

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support indirect procurement activities across multiple categories. The role will focus on supplier management, sourcing execution, contract activities, and procurement operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sourcing processes. This position requires strong sourcing expertise, commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Procurement Execution
    • Execute sourcing activities across indirect categories including professional services, facilities, MRO, utilities, IT, and Telecom.
    • Support sourcing strategies and manage RFQ processes.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier improvement.
  • Contract & Supplier Management
    • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and supplier documentation.
    • Engage suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
    • Support supplier performance management and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Project & Buying Support
    • Support sourcing activities for projects including CAPEX, equipment, and engineering services.
    • Manage indirect buying activities including PR-to-PO processes, purchase order placement, stakeholder coordination, and invoice query resolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Finance, HR, and other business functions.
    • Ensure smooth execution of procurement activities and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably with exposure to indirect categories.
  • Experience in contract review, supplier negotiations, and commercial activities.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills with experience working with procurement data; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
