We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support indirect procurement activities across multiple categories. The role will focus on supplier management, sourcing execution, contract activities, and procurement operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sourcing processes. This position requires strong sourcing expertise, commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Procurement Execution
- Execute sourcing activities across indirect categories including professional services, facilities, MRO, utilities, IT, and Telecom.
- Support sourcing strategies and manage RFQ processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier improvement.
- Contract & Supplier Management
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and supplier documentation.
- Engage suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Support supplier performance management and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Project & Buying Support
- Support sourcing activities for projects including CAPEX, equipment, and engineering services.
- Manage indirect buying activities including PR-to-PO processes, purchase order placement, stakeholder coordination, and invoice query resolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Finance, HR, and other business functions.
- Ensure smooth execution of procurement activities and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably with exposure to indirect categories.
- Experience in contract review, supplier negotiations, and commercial activities.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong Excel skills with experience working with procurement data; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
