- Strong background in programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
- Deep Oracle Fusion technical knowledge.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ideally, experience within education, public sector, or not-for-profit organisations, or other complex, large organisations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion across all functional areas.
- Integrate the ERP Programme Team and the Oracle Support Team into a single, high-performing function.
- Act as the authoritative Oracle expert, reducing reliance on external partners.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and benefits realisation across the ERP portfolio.
- Ensure the platform supports compliant, efficient, and future-focused Shared Services operations.
- Provide leadership maternity leave cover for the Oracle Support team.
