Duration: 6+months

Description: Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to prepare, review, negotiate, and administer government, commercial, and international contracts.

The role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations while supporting program execution and minimizing contractual risk.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and amendments.

Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.

Maintain contract records, deliverables, funding, milestones, and compliance documentation.

Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, UK Mo D, and other applicable regulations.

Interpret contract terms and advise stakeholders on obligations and risk.

Support internal/external audits and contract compliance activities.

Assist with contract negotiations, pricing, and amendments.

Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Program teams to resolve contract issues.

Support RFP/RFQ reviews, proposals, and contract review boards.

Administer subcontracts and ensure required government clause flow-down.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field. 3–7+ years of contracts administration experience in aerospace
