About the Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support supply chain systems, tooling health, and process improvements. This role is hands-on and operational, combining system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system dashboards, tag incidents, extract data, and generate tooling health reports
- Identify and escalate risks; perform root cause analysis for tooling issues
- Provide Tier 1 support for supply chain tooling during business hours
- Ensure SLA adherence across all support tiers
- Create and maintain tooling manuals, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
- Gather and document business requirements for system and process enhancements
- Conduct value stream mapping to identify improvement opportunities
- Support system implementations including test case creation, UAT coordination, and issue resolution
- Track enhancement progress and provide regular status updates
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Support global process and tooling rollouts
Required Qualifications
- 3β5 years of experience in supply chain, systems, or operations roles
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience (required)
- Experience supporting supply chain systems (Oracle or similar platforms)
- Experience with system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong analytical skills using dashboards and reporting tools
- Advanced documentation skills (process flows, SOPs, training guides)
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable supply chain systems
- Experience supporting global system rollouts or integrations
- Proficiency in process visualization tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and Slides or equivalent tools
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
