Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide client-facing support and internal team assistance. This hybrid role involves client communication, data reporting, and supporting print, logo, and material requests.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls
- Act as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams for material quantities
- Submit Host/Post, DDS, and other print-related requests
- Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to IMSOL
- Assist with APD/CPD updates and print logo requests
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel
- Handle ad hoc projects and department support as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of client services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communications
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
