Role: Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical)
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: UK Onsite -Camberley GU15 3YL
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for defining product strategy in alignment with local leadership and global marketing. You'll manage end-to-end tactical execution to support brand growth while ensuring compliance and excellence in marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans aligned with budget.
- Lead Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Conduct and analyze market research to gather insights and anticipate trends.
- Manage the execution, monitoring, and analysis of tactical plans.
- Lead cross-functional brand teams and oversee Integrated Product Strategy Plans.
- Develop compliant promotional activities in line with SOPs and company policies.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and assess the marketing mix for efficiency and ROI.
- Drive regional and centrally initiated marketing initiatives.
- Continuously monitor product performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
