ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Experience in international logistics and a basic understanding of Incoterms and customs processes.
- Ability to organise and manage shipping tasks (RMA handling, repairs, dispatch, collections, documentation).
- Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
- Well-organised, accurate, and able to solve problems independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willing to learn new systems.

- Skilled in engaging with customers, coordinating logistics and international shipments, and ensuring precise and timely completion of customs documentation.
