Temporary Wedding Co‑ordinator Needed – Lancashire

We are seeking an experienced Wedding Co‑ordinator to step in and oversee a beautiful countryside wedding at a leading Lancashire wedding venue next week. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and seamless delivery of the day from final supplier check‑ins through to on‑the‑day coordination. This is an ideal role for an experienced events professional who can hit the ground running and keep calm under pressure. It would also suit an individual who already has a permanent role in this area and is looking to boost their earnings by working on their days off during the week.

Dates

  • Prep: 2 days mid‑week (final briefings, supplier liaison, set‑up)
  • Wedding Day: Thursday
  • Wrap‑up: Half‑day post‑event follow‑up (optional)

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with venue, couple, and suppliers to confirm final details.
  • Oversee set‑up, décor, timings, and logistics on the day.
  • Troubleshoot and manage any issues swiftly and discreetly.
