About the Position:
This position, located at the Military Treatment Facility at RAF Lakenheath, serves as the Deputy Director, leading subordinate Health Systems Specialists and providing executive and administrative oversight to ensure strategic planning, policy implementation, and high-quality healthcare across the Medical Group.

Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes providing executive leadership and administrative oversight for a medical treatment facility (MTF), performing medical strategic planning, integrating policies within the medical command, developing action plans, and resolving conflicting priorities; overseeing financial management and cost reduction initiatives; and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
