We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This role will work as part of their highly collaborative recruitment team in London, and the successful applicant will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for Business Services and Associate recruitment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and meeting recruitment needs across the London office.
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring terms and conditions are negotiated and signed.
- Monitoring CVs and candidates through the recruitment portal, flagging duplicates, and updating data.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinating with agencies to coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Drafting contracts of employment and offer letters.
- Supporting with recruitment events as necessary.
