We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Litigation and E-Discovery Services Analyst. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing litigation support to litigation and E-Discovery legal teams and attorneys across the full matter lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all stages of litigation from case inception to trial.
  • Leading projects for document review matters.
  • Training and supporting staff on litigations systems.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Documenting all work on client litigation data.
  • Designing litigation databases, standard processing tools, and software systems for litigation support.
  • Conducting quality control on document productions; providing technical support to litigation technology.
  • Adhering to firm policy, procedures, data classification, and management standards.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in E-Discovery and litigation support technology.
  • Utilising AI technologies and supporting AI-driven discovery workflows.
  • Advising on the implementation of information retention and disposition policies.
  • Tracking and reporting client retention and data privacy review projects.

Suitable candidates will have gained strong project management and litigation support experience, ideally within a law firm.
