We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Lateral Recruitment Manager in their London office. The Lateral Recruitment Manager will work as part of their highly collaborative international team and will be responsible for supporting attorney and partner recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of the lateral partner and associate recruitment processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and goals.
- Proactively forming relationships with potential candidates through networking, outreach, and events.
- Tracking candidate information and scheduling and recording interview processes.
- Drafting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and relaying feedback.
- Identifying and coordinating recruitment opportunities internationally.
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, providing support and guidance where necessary.
- Assessing potential lateral partners through due diligence checks.
- Generating packs, reviewing questionnaires, and coordinating market research reports.
- Assisting with the development of international marketing materials.
- Collaborating with other teams to facilitate activities for lateral hires.
- Monitoring international market data and sharing findings.
- Staying up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
